Yesterday we celebrated our Grand Opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Canby Area Chamber of Commerce. We are so lucky to be part of a vibrant and active small business community. All of our leaders genuinely care about the futures of our communities and are working hard to ensure the economic success of our region.
Kyle Lang from the Canby Area Chamber of Commerce opened our event by welcoming Filberts once again to the community. He turned it over to Aurora Mayor Kris Sallee who again welcomed Filberts and emphasized the importance of teamwork in revitalizing our communities.
Aaron Wolfe summed it all up best by noting how many times the previous speakers mentioned “Community” It was a 5. Filberts Farmhouse kitchen is a service based company and it is our privilege to serve our community. Without the support of all of our friends and neighbors, we would be here. We served some offering from our upcoming catering menu which included our famous deviled eggs, crostini, bacon wrapped Medjool dates, and house-made hummus and antipasti platters. Thank you to all who came and showed your support it means so much to us. We appreciate it!
